Join me on Wednesday evenings at 7pm for movement, breath, and relaxation that will be sure to refill your cup.
These classes are 60 minutes, and are suitable for both beginner and advanced students.
The first half of class will be flowing sequences, matching movement to breath, where we'll increase heart rate and build heat in the body. The second half of class will be slower paced, where we'll be holding the poses for 2min+ and drop into deep relaxation - you'll be sure to leave feeling zen and ready for sleep!
*Bring your own mat and props (blocks, blanket, anything you like to use during your practice)*
