Join me for 6 weeks of fitness and yoga on Monday evenings!
Work on building your strength and cardiovascular endurance in a small group training environment, and then flow and breath in an all-levels vinyasa flow yoga class.
Leave feeling accomplished, relaxed and zen.
Mondays at 6pm (fitness class) and 7:15pm (yoga)
Great for someone who likes to bundle their classes on the same evening and enjoys back-to-back classes to get the most bang for your time!
*Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and sneakers*
*Bring your own mat, props (blocks, blanket, anything you like to use during your yoga practice!), and water bottle*
