Join me for 6 weeks of fitness on Monday evenings at 6pm and yoga on Thursday evenings at 7:15pm!
Work on building your strength and cardiovascular endurance in a small group training environment to start your week, and then flow and breath in an all-levels vinyasa flow yoga class on Thursdays.
Leave feeling accomplished, relaxed and zen.
Mondays at 6pm (fitness class) and Thursdays at 7:15pm (yoga)
Great for someone who likes to take two classes a week.
*Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and sneakers*
*Bring your own mat, props (blocks, blanket, anything you like to use during your yoga practice), and water bottle*
