Yoga Classes


I'm so excited for our next yoga class series starting on Monday, September 18th! 

Take time to slow down, tune inward, and refill your cup each week with an all-levels vinyasa flow yoga class. 

There are two class options to choose from this fall; Mondays at Broad Cove Hall and Wednesday at West Dublin Hall. 

Sign up for the full 6 weeks and save or there is an option to book a drop-in class.
