Start your Sunday with intention and presence. Join me for this 6-week series, designed to gently wake up the body, clear your mind, and set an energizing tone for the day ahead. 

We’ll move through a strong yet accessible vinyasa-style practice that blends strength, mobility, and mindfulness.

Bring yourself, your mat, and let’s flow together this fall!

The series will run every Sunday from October 26th to November 30th

To keep things flowing smoothly, here are a few important notes:

  • Minimum attendance: This series requires at least 6 people registered by October 24th for the series to run. If the series doesn’t meet the minimum, you’ll be notified and your purchase will be refunded.

  • Weather policy: If the weather is stormy and road conditions are not ideal, class will be cancelled. You’ll receive a confirmation 3 hours before class, or the evening before for morning classes.

  • Drop in passes will be available for this series ($20 per class)
