Yoga at Broad Cove Hall

Join me on Monday evenings at 7pm for movement, breath, and relaxation that will be sure to refill your cup.   
These classes are 60 minutes, vinyasa flow style, and are suitable for both beginner and advanced students.  
A lovely way to start your week.   
*Bring your own mat and props (blocks, blanket, anything you like to use during your practice)*

We begin on Monday, November 13th, 2023!

Yoga at West Dublin Hall

Join me on Wednesday evenings at 7pm for movement, breath, and relaxation that will be sure to refill your cup.   
These classes are 60 minutes, vinyasa flow style, and are suitable for both beginner and advanced students.  
These classes will be a slower flow than Monday's class, with a longer yin portion.  
*Bring your own mat and props (blocks, blanket, anything you like to use during your practice)*
