Barre Class


Thursdays at 7pm 
Starting on Thursday, Nov 2nd

 

Join Kaitlyn for 30 minutes of Barre and 30 minutes of Yoga in this *NEW* fun and dynamic class!
Barre is a ballet inspired workout that  incorporates traditional ballet, pilates, and fitness to build lean muscle mass, improve functional range of motion, and enhance flexibility.
During the yoga portion of class, we'll connect movement with breath and find balance within the body and mind.
Move, sweat, and flow in this upbeat full body workout, with a focus on lower body strength. 
You will be sure to leave feeling strong, toned, and uplifted.

These classes are suitable for both beginner and advanced students.
Wear: comfortable clothes, bare feet
Bring: yoga mat, props (blocks, blanket) water bottle
